Forbes: Tribeca, Soho Go Zip Zip Zip

In case you needed any more affirmation that Tribeca and Soho are hotter than hott, Forbes has come out with its latest foolproof lux-o-meter, "The Most Expensive ZIP Codes," and the torch bearers for New York City all happen to be clumped down near the bottom of Manhattan.

The one-double-o-one-three leads the pack at No. 12 (median sale price: $1.875 million), followed by one-triple-o-seven to the south at No. 19 ($1.675mil), and one-double-o-one-two to the north brings up the rear at No. 31 ($1.45mil).
