Much ado has been made over the (comparatively) affordable prices of the starchitected and starterior designed?OK, that one didn't really work?units at Philip Johnson's Urban Glass House, but why aren't they gouging on such a prestigious project? Is it due to a lack of amenities, as previously hypothesized, or is it because many residents will be forced to stare at a fat guy taking a shower? A tipster who went around asking questions reports:
Apparently there is new construction going up adjacent to the Urban Glass House that will, when complete, be the only thing seen through the windows on one side of the building. This little point must have slipped the minds of the realtors.So, truth or bollocks? Anyone want to chime in on what this construction could be? We're fresh out of ideas.
