A little while back we were temporarily fixated on The Ivy after a photo of the fully-clothed 10-story building wound up in the Curbed Flickr photo pool. We wondered and wondered and wondered what the East Harlem condominium would look like. Oh, how we wondered. And then wondered. Well, wonder no more, because the development is now up on the Warburg Realty website, complete with a shout out to this very web log. And it looks ... well, meh. OK, maybe fixated was an overstatement. The listing says the 28 units in East Harlem's first doorman building (true?) will enjoy a private gym and building-wide Wi-Fi, hopefully at the same time.
