Amenities of the three-story, two-family house include 3 BRs, 2 baths and a 2BR rental. "Plus a small building," whatever that might be. (It's zoned light manufacturing, so if you want to, say, produce huge metal sculptures, feel free to weld away.) The house is described as being "in Park Slope South near 3rd Avenue, Down Under the Gowanus Overpass-DUGO."
