You've gotta give it up to the Aurora for leading an interesting advertising campaign, that's for sure. Now, we're of course talking about the Williamsburg Developers Group Aurora and not the Shvorora. This ad ran on the back page of AMNY yesterday, and while at first we were loving the drug-related double entendre to sell "ultra-luxury" condos, we also found ourselves quite enjoying the exploitation of a downzoning that we didn't even know existed. That's actually very well played, much like printing "just block from Bedford Avenue L train." And what the heck is Fresh Direct priority service? Anyway, we can't rag on this too much, because the person who scanned the ad for us did say the building is "gorgeous." Take it for what it's worth.
