From onNYTurf comes word of clowns "reclaiming" New York City bike lines. Seems a bunch of clowns (literally) spent part of yesterday cruising bike lines all over the city "ticketing" drivers whose cars and were standing or parked in bike lanes. The Clown Brigade was sponsored by Time's Up. Another Liberation of the Bike Lanes by clowns is scheduled in June.
