Last week, we revealed Frank Gehry-designed renderings for the new downtown tower, then followed it up with word from a tipster that the renderings we'd showcased were a touch out-of-date. Then the Downtown Express promised new 200 Beekman renderings this week, and then, today, this comment popped up in our original post: "New site at http://www.200beekman.com. The new / final design will be posted there by end of this week. Or so rumor has it. The blueprints are next provided that we can get our new eyeglass digital camera to work properly." Confused?
