Rumblings & Bumblings: Whole Foods Mill

If it's Tuesday, and there's development, there'll be Rumblings & Bumblings. The questions below were submitted by real, live Curbed readers. If you've got an answer, another question, or a sweet, sweet digital pic, drop a note in the comments below or email us at tips@curbed.com.

1) Greenwich Village:: "What's up with the major renovation on the SE corner of 13th St and 5th Ave? The construction encompases the building that was formerly a big shiny deli and the building to the south that was once Alaia, Stephen Baldwin's restaurant named after his daughter. Also, before the place was a deli (back in the 80's) it was rockin' country music venue The Lone Star Café (right)."
2) Meatpacking: "7 Ninth Avenue: anybody know what is going on with this building?"
3) Hell's Kitchen: "Now that Cirque was denied moving to the city, many folks who live on far West 42nd (River Place, etc) are hearing buzz that Whole Foods might occupy that space on 42nd/Dyer where the new condo building is going, and it will be finished December 2007. Has anyone heard the same?"
