Scary Chart Du Jour: NYC's 'Danger Zone'

Fortune becomes the latest mag to juice its cover with a good real estate scare—in this case, a package of stories about the coming real estate bust and the cities most likely to be taken down by it. They put NYC in their middle category, helpfully called the "Danger Zone," noting sales 43% above "fair value." Says a tipster, "In a word, ::GULP::"
