1) The most epic real estate search of our time is finally over. So where did Denzel Washington finally buy? Not the Novare, not the Campanile, but...15 Central Park West! The Wall Street Journal reported that Denzel has signed for a 3,000-square-foot apartment with three bedrooms and a park-facing terrace. [The Real Estate; WSJ]
2) Rangers legend Mark Messier sold his Upper West Side apartment for $3.047 million in mid-March. The 3,300-square-foot West 85th Street pad was originally listed at $3.95 million, but it looks like the brownstone just wasn't brown enough. It does feature a separate "guest studio" and private billiards room, though. [Michael Calderone/Manhattan Transfers]
3) Brokers are saying that Naomi Campbell is searching the Upper East Side for a townhouse with separate, self-contained maid's quarters. That's fine and dandy, but let's face it, it's going to take a bank vault for a door to keep Naomi from getting at her maid with a blunt object. And what, the Cipriani Club ain't good enough?
