Rumblings & Bumblings: Love That UES

If it's Tuesday, and there's development, there'll be Rumblings & Bumblings. The questions below were submitted by living, breathing Curbed readers. Answers, more questions, and stunning digital photography to in the comments below.

1) Williamsburg: "Any idea what is going on at 258-264 North 10th / 543 Union Street in Williamsburg? It is a huge lot zoned M1 and they have already demolished all of the buildings that were standing there." [Here's some PShark love to get you started.]
2) Murray Hill: "In Murray Hill on 34th between 2nd and 3rd, what is about to be constructed on the Northside?"
3) Upper East Side: "Does anyone know which builder is putting up the high rise, replacing the quaint 74th st and second ave townhouses? What timeframe and how many stories? [We can help here.] I am on 77th and fear the new building will kill all our downtown views.....also something is coming up on the corner of 79th and many floors and apartments is that. [18-story co-op was the word in February.] How can soooo many apartments sell within a few blocks of each other? [Upper East Side, can't get enough!]
