The Globe Theatre Decamps to Fifth Avenue

OK, so it doesn't look exactly like Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, but you can see the vague resemblance. (No? Must've been that cheap wine they were serving at the Cooper-Hewitt.) The Guggenheim Museum, seen above at last night's Museum Mile Festival, is in full restoration mode, set to be unsheathed, with any luck, by late 2007, about 50 years after construction on the famous Frank Lloyd Wright building began.
