Two years after the developer of 160 Imlay (above) received city go-ahead to convert the deserted warehouse into high-end condos, a judge has ruled that the plan must go back before the Board of Standards and Appeals for reconsideration. Reports the Daily News,
[Justice Yvonne] Lewis wrote that the board's December 2003 decision was "irrational, arbitrary and capricious, and not based upon substantial evidence" because the application lacked sufficient economic analysis of the project.Shoulda sold when they had the chance.
