You can’t really see too much in this picture, but I peaked into the new Whole Foods down on Houston, and I noticed that they finally started doing some work inside. I also managed to take a quick photo of these plans through the window via my Treo. I’ve never been a huge Whole Foods fan, but I must admit it should be a great addition to the Bowery.Indeed. But what exactly do these plans mean?
