This FSBO flyer, which was plastered on poles and walls all over Williamsburg this weekend, attracted its share of lookers. A cool-looking 2BR for $325K? "Why rent when you can buy?" the flyer says. "Get more space for less money." Is this for-sale-by-owner stuff rocking or what? Turns out, though, that the condo in question is in Jersey City. Interesting FSBO sales tactic? Or is Jersey City the next Williamsburg?
