More of this week's good dish from the Curbed/SLNY NYC restaurant blog Eater...

1) Having sated the extended family and friends, Chinatown Brasserie is now welcoming the masses. Early word: "Dumplings fabulous and not greasy - Steamed Shrimp with pea shoots - Shrimp with leeks steamed and then lightly pan fried and old fashioned pork buns - best ever."
2) Chef Ted Pryor of Les Halles and Orsay has opened Zip Burger on 52nd and 2nd. The fries will be double-fried, the meat from small purveyors, and the piquillo peppers roasted.
3) Fresh off EaterWire: The Stage Deli is closed, Zum Scheider remains open, Little Owl is officially open, and Snack Dragon is not entirely closed.
