The Brooklyn Record, which must have someone stationed on Court Street with a digi-cam and wifi, captured this shot of the theatre currently in the process of being transformed into the Stuyvesant Theatre for Spiderman 3, which is doing a shoot in the nabe. They say it looks like a night shoot, so you might want to call ahead if you were planning on seeing a movie.
