Zillow has a cool feature showing bird's eye views of famous TV houses and how much they are worth in today's market. Most of the homes are in California, though NYC is represented by Monica's apartment from Friends. For those still watching re-runs on TBS and dying to know how much her Bedford Street apartment is worth, now you know: $2.9 million. Unfortunately, there's no love for any other TV apartment's from NY (Seinfeld? Will and Grace?), though we're betting that Phil Drummond's Park Avenue pad from Different Strokes would probably take the cake.
