I just got a postcard in the mail, advertising that two agents from Fillmore R.E. sold a house in Red Hook for a record-breaking $1.065M. Now, I don't know the exact price statistics for the area, but this certainly looks impressive. Is this just a fluke, or is Red Hook really reaching those kinds of prices?
