Does news of the East River State Park have you all pumped for the future of the Williamsburg waterfront? Well then, perhaps you'd like a glimpse into its past and present. We won't ruin anything for you?well, we kind of already did with the title of this entry?but we will say that not even a well-manicured park can wipe away the area's gritty history. Especially since, according to a comment in yesterday's park post, you only have to dig 12" to reach bum shit.
