Celebrity Real Estate Wrap: Lachlan Unloads in Nolita

1) There are days in your life that you'll always remember, no matter what dementia and old age have in store for your mind: Your bar mitzvah. Losing your virginity. Your wedding. The birth of your first child. Your divorce. And, above all, the day you found out Lachlan Murdoch sold 11 Spring Street (right). Friends, it's the dawn of a new era. [The Real Estate]
2) It's all the way on the other coast, but it's still noteworthy. Candy Spelling, the widow of TV mega-producer Aaron Spelling, has reportedly put their gigantoid 56,000-square-foot Los Angeles estate up for sale for $150 million, making it the most expensive (we assume) single-residence listing in the country. Trump is asking only $125 million for his Palm Beach estate. [TMZ.com]
3) While not a celebrity himself, party-planner-to-the-stars Colin Cowie (clients include Oprah and J-Lo, among others) wants you to have a glimpse inside his West Village grayed-out loft. [NYPost]
