The former Sullivan Street Playhouse?the condo conversion so nice you've seen it twice?seems to be moving along at a rapid clip. Sold in October, renderings and plans released in February, and now ... some price tags. Hooray! Three of the units have listings up over on the Triumph Property Group website: the two-bed-with-office Unit #3 for $1.995 million (is it just our gigantism or do the bedrooms on the floorplan seem kind of small?), the similar Unit #4 for $2.3 million and the garden duplex w/ Great Room stunner for $3.15 million. And did we mention the Bisazza glass bath tiles, Zuma soaking tubs and Boffi sinks? They all sound made up, but we're sure they're very nice.
