Here's a newbie slipping in under the radar at 259 East 7th Street—The Flowerbox Building. What makes this one intriguing is its location, all the way east between Avenues C and D, and the fact that we can find out next to nothing about what looks to be an attractive eight-unit redo (with flowerboxes, natch). That's odd, because Warburg has started plastering the downtown with ads for the development and its threadbare website (do check out the vaguely psychedelic video, rotoscoping style). No intel or pricing yet on Warburg's new development subsite. Anyone got more?
