The Post's Dakota Smith reports today that when the building has its delayed opening in January, tenants will be able to break the ice inside the 20-seat hot tub. They claim it's the biggest hot tub in a Manhattan rental building, but that's only because we have to keep our giant pot where we cook up Dormandie residents a secret. This all sounds destined for reality TV, no?
