We haven't gone to the for-sale-by-owner well in a while, probably because the Internet marketing of such habitats is usually, shall we say, underwhelming. But this one's pretty stylish! The page even has a fun "Priced to SELL!" burst on it. And it's a nice-looking place, too. A 1,200-square-foot two-bedroom with two full bathrooms and 10-foot ceilings, in an elevator building. Not bad at all. And check out that wide open living space and brand new kitchen. And only $575,000?! Wow! We're on the next train to ... Hoboken. Shit, it's in Hoboken. Ah well.
