2) South Slope: "The building that houses Katina's, a real old-fashioned greasy spoon (@ 7th Av. and 15th St (?) Brooklyn), now has a sign saying For Sale by Owner. Any info?"
3) Fort Greene: "What's up with the traingle corner of Flatbush and Dekalb? The address is 1 Flatbush avenue and used to be a Popeyes...A week or two ago the Popeye's moved to Wiloughby street. Anyone know anything about the lot?"
