Well that didn't take long. Just a month later, and the site of Bartha Bartha Boom! is up for sale already. Asking price for the 20x100 lot on East 62nd Street where the late owner sadly yet willingly handled his own demolition work is $8 million, coming in at the sweet spot of that day-later Post-imate we previously mentioned. Close followers of this tragic Upper East Side tale will no doubt find some irony in the listing's admonition to "build your dream house" on this "quiet, lovely tree-lined street." So the cycle begins anew.
