Katz's Neighbor Update: On the Market?!

Bizarre—the cinderblock tower rising adjacent to Katz's Deli on Ludlow Street—the very same one that sparked a crazy Curbed discussion earlier this week when a tipster advised us of his plan to throw rocks at anyone cocktailing on a patio there—seems to have popped up for sale on Craigslist:

This 7 story (PARTIALLY BUILT) Luxury Mixed Use Building has 6000 square ft of retail/commercial space and 5500 square ft of residential space (excluding outdoor space) all residential units have front and rear terraces with unobstructed panoramic views of the entire city and the penthouse has a private roof deck with a keyed elevator opens on the roof. Asking for the whole enchilada is $5.5 million, which is about what we figured the penthouse alone would go for. What the hell is going on here?
