Our second marketing strategy involves another marriage of real estate and art, this one in South Williamsburg, where a building on S. 3rd Street is having an open house and a sort of gallery opening-type thing at the same time. Word of "An Evening of Art & Lofts" comes via the blog WhatISee, which predicts that combining arts and open houses could be a trend. All this time we thought real estate agents and artists were like snake and mongoose and it turns out they're hand and glove.
