Wandering around Dumbo this weekend, we couldn't help but notice progress on the J Condo, which has gotten its bricks, is getting its reflecting glass windows and is still 33 stories tall. (And you can see it at night from, like, Williamsburg.) Word on the street is Ye Olde J is close to being sold out which may, or may not, say something about the state of the Dumbo market.
