3) It certainly took a while, but Calypso legend Harry Belafonte finally found a buyer for his half-family/half-party West End Avenue co-op. Belafonte has owned the gigantic six-bedroom apartment for almost 50 years (must be why it needs "updating", and it was originally listed in 2005 for $15 million.
