Time to Feed the Green Building Some, uh, Green

Oh, happy day. With The Riverhouse's sales office up and running in the World Financial Center, you knew it was only a matter of time before we would get to see some asking prices in the Battery Park City Polshek Partnership/David Rockwell/Ismael Leyva "green building" collabo. And indeed, StreetEasy has some up, and suprisingly, the prices are not totally insane (for now). Sure, one square-foot in a nice three- or four-bedroom unit is still going to cost you in the $1,400-$1,500 range, but hey, you can easily blow that much in Williamsburg or Dumbo, and those Brooklynites aren't even going to give you the decency of having sweet 3-D apartment renderings on their websites. Plus it's, like, good for the environment or something.
