Another day, another Williamsburg development price slashing? We think that's what might be going on, but it's early and our brain hurts. Here's what we do know: the marketing for the southside's Schaefer Landing has traded hands, moving from Prudential Douglas Elliman over to Halstead. Halstead's first move? Advertising a huge BLOW OUT SALE! But what is truly being blown out? The listings are still on Elliman's site, but there's so many similar units and facts and figures floating around the Internet regarding Schaefer Landing that it's hard to tell exactly what we're looking at here. It does appear that this 1,740-square-foot three-bedroom condo that was priced at $1.74 million is now $1.515 million, but after that it all becomes a mess in our unmathy mind. Who's got the dish on Schaefer's health? Has the allure of taking a van to an overcrowded L-train or riding a boat to work lost its appeal?
