Enjoy this spycam shot of what Ian Schrager's got planned for the roof of the Gramercy Park Hotel. Eater (which has a larger image of the above) says the space will hold a Chinese restaurant and an extremely exclusive bar/club for hotel guests and special members. Better than a key to the park, we'd wager.
