Today, he's reporting that the two units are on sale and brings back some original reader comments calling it "jaw-droppingly horrendous" and a "cancerous growth."
We don't know why the agent is still posting the glorious, video gamey rendering rather than real pics, but the lower unit is asking $1.45 million. Now that we have a reference point, it does have a touch of that "Tumor Building" air about it, no?
