Rumblings & Bumblings: Playing Ball on the LES

Time for everybody's favorite development game, where you ask the questions and give the answers. The questions below were submitted by actual readers. If you've got an answer, another development question, or a sweet, sweet digital photograph, send us a line at tips@curbed.com?or drop a note in the comments below.

1) Lower East Side: A tipster writes, "we know that duane reade is moving across the street to 100 delancey with ludlow fitness on the 2nd floor and apts. above that BUT does anyone know what kind of residences these will be and are there picts of the finished building???....also, at 98 delancey (where the current duane reade is) that entire building is supposed to be demolished and the architects are listed as rawlings?the same people doing the LES Thompson on Orchard?anyone have additional info on this rental or condo???" [Okay, we'll play. Our guess is right, via the Rawlings website.]
2) Lower East Side: Heading uptown, a reader queries, "heard a hotel is in the works at 189 Bowery - looks like Gramercy Park Hotel investors are behind it and a guy named farrrokh allasvandi? wondering if anyone knows about this project...."
3) Upper East Side: A readers writes, "94th and Third Avenue on the South West corner used to be a '#1s Farmer Market', a corner tented 'building', about 3 months ago it closed down, and was boarded up. Flowers were sold outside of it till about 2 days ago, when everything but the poles/frame that held the 'tent' up is all that remains… Good place for something, but what? Hopefully another Starbucks!!"
