Williamsburg waterfront and McMansion developers, the Toll Brothers, are setting up shop on Bedford Avenue in the space where, before we went on our summer break, tipsters noted that some sort of real estate office would be coming. The office isn't open yet, but the sign is up: It's a sales office for the North8 Condos on Kent Avenue. Either the Toll Brothers expect really sluggish sales on the 40-unit North8 development or they're prepping the hood for bigger things to come, like sales of condos in their three luxury high rise towers at 164 Kent called Northside Piers. The sales office for The Edge will, no doubt, be elsewhere in the nabe.
