Ah, Dumbo. Yesterday, we had the Beacon Tower lighting up the nightime sky after the J Condo is done reflecting blinding sun in the late afternoon. Today, we can note that it looks like some of the apartments in the building are on the market as rentals. There's a 2RB listed with Corcoran--which also list Beacon units for sale--for $4,300 a month. The sale listings show a boatload of units in contract, with more than a dozen currently for sale. The tipster that pointed us to the listing said, "I guess they can't sell 'em so they're renting 'em!" but it's not clear whether it's a single unit being rented or whether some of the remaining units are available as rentals. In any case, here's your chance to rent in the Beacon of Light.
