Not long ago, a tipster emailed about workmen "putting up some sort of wood framed plastic sheeting on the top floor at 160 Imlay..." Well, we swung by to get a look at everyone's favorite stalled Red Hook development and, indeed, found all the big windows at the old warehouse that might eventually be condos now covered with top-of-the-line wood-framed plastic sheeting. (And a very big, and possibly hungry, street dog hanging out front making it a very quick photo shoot.) A neighbor says there are actually more lights hanging inside too, so whether this portends a new round of work at 160 or not remains to be seen.
