The Real Estate uncovers a wonderful battle underway on Wikipedia concerning whether or not the page for LoHo, real estate broker Jacob Goldman's coinage for a microneighborhood in and around the Co-Op Village on the Lower East Side, should be deleted. You can follow the arguments pro and con for yourself, but we love the passion with which opponents are attempting to take it down: "It seems at best, premature neologism, and at worst, spam."
