Boymelgreen Gets a New Friend in Park Slope

The big construction zone in Park Slope on Fourth Avenue and surrounding blocks has another addition, this one in proximity to Leviev Boymelgreen's 12-story building, City View Gardens, at Fourth Avenue and 2nd Street (not to be confused with the Novo Park Slope) and across the street from his Park Slope Estates on 2nd. (That's a new building on 1st Street in the background.) A tipster writes of the new development site:

What I found out is that this development is slated to be 4 stories (50ft) 21 units - based on the building permits it looks like floors 1 & 2 will be small studios and 1brs with the floors 3 & 4 having duplexes (5) of the 6 room variety (more kids for 321). Interestingly they got a permit for partial demo of the existing warehouse but apparently their definition of 'partial' is different then mine.IE, the entire warehouse is entirely gone. Architect on the new project is Karl Fischer of Williamsburg and Greenpoint fame, who's also got one going up on Fourth Avenue at 8th Street.
