Down in Red Hook, where Thor Equities is tearing down the old Revere Sugar Plant, it looks like demolition of the dome itself has temporarily taken a back seat to removing the plant around it. The result is a new and strange, very temporary landscape to those familiar with the old dome, which suddenly finds itself bruised and kind of out there by itself.
