That would be the new view (above) looking down N. 4th Street in Williamsburg near Bedford Avenue toward the East River. The building, of course, is the new Northside Piers tower, which is the first of seven 30-ish story buildings that will be clustered between N. 4th and N. 7th Streets along the waterfront. Construction on The Edge, the four towers to the north, is supposed to start soon.
