Just down the block from Park Slope #1, this building on First Street in Park Slope near Fourth Avenue is standing really tall. When Brownstoner took a look at it a back in December, it was a mere four stories tall. Now, it's ten, and just a couple of floors shy of its final 12 stories. It will have 21 apartments, some with excellent views of the adjacent McDonald's and, with the right breeze, it should have a major aroma of deep fryer. On the positive side, not far to travel for a Big Mac and a McFlurry on those cold nights when Fifth Avenue seems too far away.
