What you are looking at is the second big Leviev Boymelgreen development in a three-block stretch of Fourth Avenue, City View Gardens. It is just up the block from its bigger brother, the Novo Park Slope (aka Park Slope Tower aka Boymelgreen Hall). If you thought that no building on fast-rising Fourth Avenue between Park Slope and Gowanus could be as ugly utilitarian as Novo Park Slope, think again. As the black veil is slowly being lifted the 12-story building at 2nd Street and Fourth Ave. is showing the same cream-colored brick face to the world.
