Celebrity Real Estate Wrap: Bold Play from Coldplay

1) A couple weeks ago, we pointed out Gwyneth Paltrow and hubby Chris Martin's various Tribeca acquisitions. As it turns out, the couple is selling the 7,000-square-foot Harrison Street megapad they bought for $7.95 million two years ago. And here's the fun part: They're trying to sell the condo for a whopping $14 million. Did you know that Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin had balls that big? The walls better be stuffed with homemade porno tapes if they're going to be asking for that much. We wouldn't know, because Corcoran totally teases us with a listing with no photos. Floorplan above. [Josh Barbanel/Big Deal]

2) Potential Libation owner Jay-Z is so over the Time Warner Center. He wants to start spending some real cash, so he's ditching his $40k/month TWC rental for a $65k/month Trump World Tower rental, one floor above Derek Jeter. Jigga, afraid to commit? [Braden Keil/Gimme Shelter]

3) A Curbed reader asks: "It appears someone has moved into Hilary Swank's old house -- anyone interesting?" Nope. According to ACRIS, a dude named Clyde Anderson bought the place for a reduced $7.05 million. Is this the same Clyde Anderson that's the CEO of Books-a-Million? Perhaps. Perhaps not.

4) Hey, remember 20 Pine? Word on the street is that Donna Karan toured the Shvoroom, but she was probably just stealing ideas and taking notes. She might be partnering with a developer to do the interiors of a building, a la Armani/Casa at 20 Pine. [S. Jhoanna Robledo/Movers]
