The Oro Condos on Gold Street and Flatbush Avenue has now passed a half-dozen stories, which means that its shadow will soon be spreading across the RAMBO landscape, darkening the Toy Factory lofts. The six stories, however, are just foreplay. When the big tower reaches it full height, it'll clock in at 40 stories.
