Lowdown: Given the amount of emails we've received about this newly announced conversion, these 8 little units?OK, they're actually pretty big?are drumming up some serious heat. A boutique doorman building in the heart of Soho tends to do that. Of the lofts, the three south ones are the "smaller" ones, at 1,982sf each. The north lofts are 2,170sf each and a little pricier, and all six lofts have two bedrooms. The duplex penthouses are a 2,741sf unit with a ridic amount of outdoor space, and another duplex that clocks in at a ruler-busting 4,764sf. You're looking at about $1,700 per square-foot in this building, and if we had to choose, the smaller penthouse might be a tad bit less spectacular, but it is plenty more odd. And when you're looking to drop around $8 million, don't you want a little panache? And by "panache," we mean "wet bar." Rendering and floorplans for that unit, as well as relevant links, after the jump.
