Last week, the speedboat at Greenpoint's Aqua Condo near McCarren Park ("Poolside Living," so called) was up on a scaffold about 10-feet off the ground. Now, it's sitting on dry land, which raises the question of whether boats have to abide by parking rules. If so, that baby has a Midnight-3AM issue on Tuesday and Friday. Back up on the scaffolding you go.
