The huge Brooklyn Apple store mystery takes a turn today with news that they're looking at the big retail space that will be part of The Edge condo development rising on Kent Avenue with "wide open views." Lois Weiss reports in the Post that Apple is looking at a 3,000-5,000 foot corner space and Barneys is eyeballing 9,000 square feet. Racked, meanwhile, which dropped the original Apple to Brooklyn bomb, opines: "Color us impressed, surprised, and a bit confounded. One thing's for sure: The only "edge" that that neighborhood has left is the aforementioned massive luxury condo building. Williamsburg, we hardly knew you."
